Section 1 is always free
You can read the first section of your child's report — roughly 600–800 words of personalised developmental analysis — at no cost, before deciding whether to purchase the full blueprint. This is intentional. We believe the writing should earn the purchase, not the other way around.
Refund eligibility
You may request a full refund if:
- Your request is made within 7 days of the purchase date
- You have read no more than 2 sections of the full report
We do not offer partial refunds for individual sections.
How to request a refund
Email hello@birthstar.ai with:
- The email address used to purchase
- Your report ID (shown in the URL — e.g.
/r/mia-m8k2p9) - A brief note on why the report didn't work for you
We process all requests within 2 business days. Refunds return to the original PayPal account and typically appear within 3–5 business days after processing.
Exceptions — refunds are not available when:
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- More than 2 sections of the report have been read
- Incorrect birth data was provided (the report was generated correctly from the input given)
If you entered incorrect birth data, we'd still like to help. Email us and we'll figure it out.
