Is the report re-generated each time I open it?
No. The report is generated once and cached permanently. Every time you open it, you get the same report instantly. This keeps delivery fast and costs predictable.
Can I share the report with a co-parent?
Yes. Use the share feature to give a partner, co-parent, or family member read access. The link is secure — it requires email verification to view.
What if I entered the wrong birth time?
You can regenerate a new report by entering the correct birth details. Each generation is a separate report. If you'd like a refund for a report generated with incorrect data, contact us.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. Full refunds within 7 days of purchase, provided you have read no more than two sections.
