When you generate a report, we collect your child's first name, date of birth, time of birth (optional), and birth city. The city is used to derive coordinates and timezone for chart calculation — we do not store precise coordinates beyond what is needed for the report.
When you purchase a full report, we collect your email address — either directly or via PayPal after payment. We do not store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled by PayPal.
What we don't collect
- Your name or surname
- Your child's surname
- Your address, phone number, or any identifier beyond email
- Advertising tracking data or third-party pixels
- Cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for session management
How we use your data
Your child's birth data is used solely to calculate the chart and generate the report. Your email address is used to send your report access link and, if you opt in, occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not use report content for training AI models. We do not sell data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

We share only the minimum data required for each service to function. Each service has its own privacy policy.
Data retention
Reports are retained indefinitely so you can access them at any time. Session tokens expire after 30 days. If you want your data deleted, email us at privacy@birthstar.ai and we will remove it within 7 days.
